This is an absolutely NEW, unprecedented blend, obtained from a cross between the Nebbiolo and Barbera varieties and produced in Piedmont nurseries. It produces a garnet red wine with slightly orange highlights; an ethereal, intense aroma; a dry, full-bodied, robust, velvety, and harmonious flavor. It has inherited the body of Barbera, while the high aging potential is typical of Nebbiolo, a natural necessity for achieving its maximum expression in terms of both flavor and harmony.
