Sowing: in seedbeds at 3-4 week intervals from March to June for staggered harvest.
Transplanting: when the plants can be handled, space them 30 cm between rows, 15 cm along the row.
Tips: Water well and harvest in the fall about 65 days after transplanting before they become woody; store in the cellar after removing all the leaves. Grow in a cool place to avoid bolting.
