BOTANICAL CHARACTERISTICS: A subshrub plant with oval leaves and large, decorative, fragrant flowers with white petals.
NEEDS: It is sown in spring in a seedbed and the following year, at the same time, the seedlings are planted out with a 120 x 150 cm spacing. Subsequent care is the same as for other plants.
If desired, the seeds can be planted directly in the ground, either in the cracks of old walls or in flowerbeds, covering them lightly with soil.
It loves dry conditions, in fact it grows in the cracks of walls, preferring poor, sandy soil. Water sparingly.
HARVEST: The flower buds are harvested from May to September, every 5-6 days.
