available icon In stock

A medium-vigorous plant with an upright growth habit. The corymb is uniformly globular, very compact, and fine-grained. Its distinctive pink color makes it very attractive, turning a deep purple when cooked and fuchsia when seasoned with vinegar. When eaten raw, it's a great addition to salads. The growing cycle is 90 days from transplanting, making it suitable for autumn harvest.
