Native to Trinidad and Tobago, it is classified as one of the hottest peppers in the world, with a temperature of approximately 2,000,000 Scoville degrees. Its color ranges from bright medium green to deep red. Its shape is distinctive, rounded, about the size of a golf ball, with a prominent tip. Its heat is so dangerously high that handling and tasting it should be approached with extreme caution.

Solanaceae family. Sowing: Indoors in a seedbed from January to March, depending on the area and the earliness of the variety.
Transplanting: When the seedling is manageable, transplant it into an 8 cm pot and keep it indoors. Transplant outdoors when the soil is warm and there is no risk of frost.
Spacing: 70-90 cm between rows, 30-50 cm along the row depending on the size of the fruit. Tips: Earth up the plants lightly. Rotate for at least 4 years and do not plant before or after other species of the same family, and not after cauliflower. Seed required: 3 g per 1 m2 of seedbed.
