The double and semi-double flowers bloom on the previous year's branches, while the single flowers develop on new shoots 40 cm from the base of the plant. Flowering occurs from April to the end of June, with possible flowers appearing even in late summer, between August and September. The leaves are dark green, semi-glossy, and can be either simple or compound.
