Fruits: edible and ornamental blue-purple berries in autumn.

Ideal soil: light, well-drained. drained, preferably calcareous.

Exposure: full sun or partial shade.

Hardy: tolerates drought and windy climates; Resistant to temperatures up to -5°C.

Watering: Moderate, increase only during very hot periods.

Fertilizer: In spring with a balanced shrub fertilizer.

Pruning: After flowering to maintain a compact shape. or create regular hedges
