It is sown at a rate of 50 grams per 100 square meters of land, staggered, from February to October to have fresh produce year-round. The leaves above the collar are cut, and the plant's ability to regrow allows it to regrow quickly, allowing for 4-6 cuts. It is grown in open air in the South, while in the North it requires protection during the winter; it is sown by broadcast or in rows 20-30 cm apart, subsequently thinning the seedlings. It grows luxuriantly in all soils, as long as they are fertile and free of waterlogging. The aromatic and tasty leaves are mixed with other salad greens and used as an ingredient in numerous delicious dishes.
