Given its good growth and abundant yield, it should be a must-have in every family or community garden.
Sowing period: from February to October, excluding July.
How to sow: directly into the ground, broadcast or in rows.

Spacing: 25-30 cm between rows and 3-5 cm along the rows.
Practical advice: Harvest by cutting the leaves at the base.
