YUZU LEMON - 9AG19-

Yuzu is a small, rare and hard-to-find Japanese citrus fruit. It is loved for its aromatic flavor, the exceptional oils in its peel, and its exquisite juice, which is less pungent and more delicate than lemon. A complex blend of lime, lemon, and sweet mandarin notes, connoisseurs also recognize notes of grapefruit and pine needles. Yuzu juice is used in meat and fish dishes.

Plant height upon delivery: approximately 50 cm.

Citrus fruits are self-fertile, although the presence of another variety (same genus and species) increases fruit set (i.e., the transformation of flowers into fruit).
