Staggered sowing from February to September, excluding the hottest months, directly in place, in rows, or broadcast. Distance between rows: 25-35 cm, with 15 cm between the rows for the roots. Tips: Grow in fresh, irrigated, non-drought soil. Harvest the roots when they are still tender. The very young leaves can be eaten in salads. Seed requirements: 60-70 g per 100 m2 of soil.
