Sowing: Plant from March to July, depending on the heat-resistant and bolt-resistant varieties. Under a tunnel in autumn-winter, broadcast or in rows.
Spacing: 30 cm between rows, thin out to 10-15 cm in the row.
Tips: For harvesting, cut all the leaves leaving about 1-2 cm of stem, clean and water. They can be sown in balcony boxes, in the greenhouse, or in the vegetable garden.
Seeds required: 150-200 g per 100 m2 of soil.
