MUSTARD SPROUTS - 16093

This is the brown mustard variety, producing sprouts with dark green leaves and a decidedly strong, pungent flavor. Because of its flavor, it's recommended to germinate it and eat it, preferably alongside other varieties. It stimulates perspiration and is an ideal remedy for fevers and colds.
Cultivation: Soak in water overnight. The next morning, arrange them on the trays of a sprouter, keeping in mind that the seeds expand at least fourfold during this process. Store at room temperature and in well-lit conditions. Water 2-3 times a day until complete germination, which occurs in 4-5 days. Eat them directly or store them in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
