Description
Nowadays, sowing with seed tapes is incredibly simple!
These are 5/10 m long strips of lightweight, biodegradable paper that contain, at predetermined and regular intervals, high-germination vegetable seeds available in the selected varieties illustrated here.
The strips, placed in moist soil, dissolve completely, without creating any obstacles to germination, placing the seed in the desired position and at the correct depth. Furthermore, by absorbing water from the soil, they promote proper moistening of the seed.
HOW TO USE THE TAPES:
- draw 1 cm furrows. 1-1.5 deep at the desired distances.
- Lay the tape in the furrow and cover it with the soil.
- Roll lightly and water well.
ADVANTAGES OF BELTS:
- Sowing is easier and quicker.
- No seeder required.
- No seed waste.
- The seed does not roll or scatter.
- The rows are more uniform.
- The garden will look tidy.
- All operations (from spraying to harvesting) are made easier.
