Description
All types of corn are sown outdoors directly in the ground towards the end of April or the beginning of May at a depth of about 3 cm. The rows are spaced 60 cm apart and 30-35 cm apart. If desired, they can also be sown in seedbeds and then transplanted into the ground when temperatures do not drop below 20 degrees. Cultivation takes 150-180 days, depending on the weather. It is recommended to earth up the plants when they reach 60 cm in height.
