ORGANIC GROWN Arugula - 1326/B

It differs from cultivated arugula in its narrower, more jagged leaves and its decidedly spicier flavor. It is perennial even in the North, and after each pruning, which is done by cutting the leaves at the collar, it quickly regrows, constantly producing new, tender, flavorful leaves. It is very hardy and grows in all soils. It is best sown in spring or early autumn in rows 25-30 cm apart.
