Pineapple can be grown relatively easily even indoors. Its roots aren't very deep and don't require much space to develop.

It's a great way to add a tropical touch to your apartment, in addition to providing its tasty fruit. It requires plenty of light. Pineapple plants don't tolerate waterlogging well, but require constant moisture. In winter, wait until the soil is a few centimeters dry before watering. In summer, always keep the soil slightly moist.

A balcony plant requires temperatures above 15°C and good humidity.
