Transplanting: keep the collar at ground level, not buried, with a distance of 35-45 cm between rows and 25-35 cm along the row.
Tips: harvest the head just before it is fully ripe: it will be sweeter.
Seeds needed: in a seedbed 2 g per m2, in the ground 20-30 g per 100 m2.
