ROUND WHITE AUBERGINE WITH PINK SHADES - 1226

The fruits are very large, roundish in shape, sometimes slightly grooved lengthwise, and have white skin with irregular pink hues. The flesh is white, firm, and consistent, with few seeds and an excellent flavor. Sowing should be done from December onwards. Transplanting should be done about two months after sowing, maintaining a distance of about 80 cm from plant to plant. For seedbeds: 2 g per square meter.

Sowing: indoors from January to March, depending on the zone and earliness of the variety.
Transplanting: in an 8 cm pot when it is manageable. Outdoors when the soil is warm and there is no risk of frost, with a clod of earth.
Spacing: 70-90 cm between rows, 60-70 cm along the row.
Tips: earth up, if necessary tie the plants to a support, remove some of the axillary shoots and harvest the fruit before it hardens, therefore still sweet and seedless. Carry out a rotation of at least 4 years, without preceding or following it with species from the same family (tomatoes, aubergines).
Seed required: 3g per 1 m2 of seedbed.
