Sowing: in a protected environment in February-March; outdoors in April-June with 3-4 seeds per hole. Thin out, leaving only one seedling per hole when they have 2-3 true leaves.
Spacing: 90-100 cm between rows, 50-60 cm between rows.
Tips: Soak the seeds in warm water 24 hours before sowing; support the plants with netting or stakes as with beans.
