Sow: Plant from February to early summer, watering abundantly for the first harvest. From late August to September for autumn-winter harvest. Resists moderate cold well.
Spacing: 30 cm between rows, thinning to 5-10 cm in the rows.
Tips: It is possible to harvest only the outer leaves each time, allowing the central head to grow.
Seed requirements: 400-500 g per 100 m2 of land.
