Family Brassicaceae/Cruciferae. Sowing: Plant from July to October. Spacing: 25-30 cm between rows and 15-20 cm along the row. Tips: Cut the leaves when the first buds begin to appear, a few cm from the root so they can regrow. Seed requirements: 50-60 g per 100 m2.
