Description
Description
Truffles are underground fungi that grow spontaneously in specific environments, in association (symbiosis) with certain plants.
After years of research and field testing, and therefore with proven results, we offer a selection of mycorrhized plants (the roots contain truffle mycelium). Only batches of plants that have passed the strict development and root mycorrhization standards can boast the certification issued by the University of Perugia and thus be released for sale.
The best time for planting forest seedlings is autumn/winter, if the temperature is not too low, or in spring, with periodic watering of the plants. Fertilizers and herbicides should never be used when growing truffles. The first results will usually be visible after at least four years from planting.
The truffle plants are certified according to Legislative Decree 386/2003 and can therefore be used for reforestation and forestation.
