WILD ARUGULA - 1328

available icon In stock

It differs from cultivated rocket for its narrower, more jagged leaves and its decidedly stronger, spicier flavor. It is a perennial even in the North, and after each pruning (which involves cutting the leaves at the collar), it regrows promptly, always producing new, tender, flavorful leaves. It is sown in spring or early autumn in rows 25-30 cm apart.
