Original American seed. Fruit similar to the Tondo chiaro di Nizza variety, but slightly earlier and much more uniform in production, more abundant and qualitatively superior to any expectation. These zucchini are particularly suitable for recipes that call for them to be stuffed with a mixture of goat cheese or minced meat, to the delight of the most demanding gourmets. Thanks to the exquisite original flavor of the zucchini themselves at the time of their harvest, they are used finely sliced, even in salads.

Cucurbitaceae Family. Sowing: Indoors in February-March, 2-3 seeds per pot for early harvests. Outdoors, plant in the ground, in April-May, 3-4 seeds per hole. They will not germinate unless the soil temperature is around 20°C. Transplanting: Outdoors in April-May, thin out, leaving one plant per hole when the plants have 3-4 leaves. Spacing: 1-1.5 m between rows, 0.8-1 m between rows. Tips: Water abundantly, otherwise predominantly male flowers will form. Harvest daily or every 2-3 days when the flower at the tip of the fruit begins to close. The larger the fruit, the more it loses its characteristic flavor. Grow in soil very rich in organic matter and do not grow after Solanaceae or plants from the same family as Cucurbitaceae. Seed requirements: 50-60 g per 100 m2 of soil.
