Sowing: from Spring to Fall with 3-4 gr./sq.m.  

Distances: cm.30-40 between rows.  

Harvesting: first harvest after 50 days from sowing.

Plants are bushy with blue flowers; leaves are dark red, oval and hairy. Chopped leaves give a cool, cucumber-like taste to salads and soups. Attractive to bees.
