1404 - CHERVIL COMMUN
Sowing: in April-May with 5 gr./10 sq.m.
Distances: cm.20 between rows.
Harvesting: after 25-30 days.
Tall plants, about cm.40-50, with fern-like leaves which have a delicate aniseed flavor. Leaves are used in fresh market, because dried lose their flavor. Try chervil in roasts, stews and fish dishes.
